into a mobile phone shop and made away with 25 brand new<br \/>\nmobile phones and accessories, and other electronic gadgets, have been granted<br \/>\na total GH\u00a2200.00 bail with two sureties each by the Nkawie Circuit Court in<br \/>\nthe Atwima Nwabiagya Municipality of Ashanti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">The accused, Samuel<br \/>\nKyei Baffour, a school drop-out, Opoku Ntim, unemployed, Philip Appiah,18 and<br \/>\nold Abdul\u00a0 Mohammed, 21, driver&#8217;s mate,<br \/>\npleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy, causing damage, unlawful entry and<br \/>\nstealing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">They would make<br \/>\ntheir next appearance in the court presided over by Mr Johnson Abbey on 27th<br \/>\nJanuary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">Police Inspector<br \/>\nJonas Newlove Agyei, prosecuting, told the court that the complainant Kwame<br \/>\nAgyekum Asamoah and the accused were all residents of Mabang near Tepa in the<br \/>\nAhafo Ano North Municipality in the Ashanti Region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">He said the four and<br \/>\ntheir accomplice one Kofi Annan now at large, on September 02, 2019 at about<br \/>\n0130 hours, broke into the complainant&#8217;s wooden structured phone shop and<br \/>\nbolted with 25 different brands of Mobile phones valued at GH\u00a25,000.00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">They also stole 10<br \/>\npieces of memory cards valued at GH\u00a2325.00, three master decoder boxes valued<br \/>\nat GH\u00a2510.00, two sets of ceiling fans and an MP3 and accessories with a total<br \/>\ncost of GH\u00a2500.00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">Inspector Agyei said<br \/>\non the same day at about 0600 hours, the complainant visited his shop, detected<br \/>\nthe theft and reported to the incident to the police at Mabang, also in the<br \/>\nMunicipality. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">The Prosecution said<br \/>\nin the course of investigations, a witness bought one of the stolen phones from<br \/>\nKyei Baffour, one of the accused persons and hinted the police of their<br \/>\nwhereabouts leading to their arrest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span
