after the repeal<br \/>\nof the State Enterprises Commission and the Divestiture Implementation Acts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">He said SIGA would<br \/>\nset off at building data on all Specific State-Owned Enterprises and carry out<br \/>\nvigorous monitoring of every entity that was signing the Contract.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">\u201cWhen SIGA staff<br \/>\ncall on you by any mode of contact, it is important your response rate is SMART<br \/>\nand there are penalties for non-responsiveness and missing set targets and<br \/>\ndeadlines but we do not want any of you getting into this area,\u201d he added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">The Director-General<br \/>\nsaid the SIGA law had given the Authority real teeth to bite and it would not<br \/>\nshirk its responsibility to sanction. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Tahoma&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;\">\u201cSIGA will work with<br \/>\nyou to come up with the Code of Corporate Governance and Conduct.
