DANNEX PLC has
\nannounced its merger with Ayrton Drugs Manufacturing Limited and Starwin
\nProducts Limited.<\/p>\n

The merger, which
\nhas brought about a new entity\u2013Dannex Ayrton Starwin\u2013has been approved by the
\nGhana Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n

Shareholders of
\nthe Ayrton Drugs and Starwin Products Limited at their separate extraordinary
\ngeneral meetings held on December 27, 2018 agreed to the scheme of amalgamation
\nwhile in the case of Dannex Plc, its shareholders endorsed the deal on January
\n30, last year. This was after the High Court of Justice (Commercial Division)
\nhad also given its consent on November 25, 2019.<\/p>\n

The register of
\nmembers of Ayrton Drugs Manufacturing Limited and Starwin Products Limited will
\nhence be closed to the general public on Thursday, January 9, with today as the
\nqualifying date. <\/p>\n

Dannex, which
\nmade this known recently, said, \u201cOnly shareholders on the register of members
\nof Ayrton Drugs Manufacturing Limited and Starwin Products Limited at the close
\nof business on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 will, therefore, be entitled to
\nreceive Dannex Ayrton Starwin Plc shares under the scheme.\u201d<\/p>\n

UMB Investment Holdings Limited and UMB Stockbrokers are the financial advisors and sponsoring brokers to the transaction.<\/p>\n
