For us in Cross River, with the governor and his deputy as professors, it will be a thing of shame for us to budget based on our envelope size. \u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read Also:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Why I Appointed Over 8000 Aides, Cross Rivers Governor, Ben Ayade<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While presenting it to the state house of assembly in 2019, the governor had described the budget as one anchored on the \u201cbelief in the spiritual force, which is the third energy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ayade has had a unique way of naming the budget in the state since he assumed office in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, the budget was called \u201cBudget of Deep Vision\u201d, he called \u201cBudget of Infinite Transposition\u201d in 2017 and \u201cBudget of Kinetic Crystallization\u201d in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, he calls it, \u201cBudget of Quabalistic Densification.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>              &#13;\n                    <\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 Governor Ben Ayade Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River has signed the budget of \u201cOlimpotic Meristemasis\u201d into law in the state.
