Emma told the story of a woman he loved.<\/p>\n<p>According to Emma, he asked the said woman out but she refused him then discovered much later that she also loved him but could not date him as she feared he\u2019d die from the kidney-related ailment he was battling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read Also: Emma Ugolee Recreates Ebuka\u2019s Outfit At Big Brother Naija<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emma recently reconnected with an old friend who told him the said girl has since passed.<\/p>\n<p>Read his story below;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cCaught deep feelings for this girl in 2012. Could have sworn it was mutual but she said we couldn\u2019t be. I got rid of every means of communication just so i could heal.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cRan into her good friend months later. She calls me \u201cmy inlaw\u201d as usual &amp; I go \u201cgo joor. Inlaw wey una fashi\u201d .<\/em><br \/><em>She holds my hands, pulls me to the side &amp; says with pain in her voice &amp; sincerity in her eyes: \u201ci swear Emma she loved you. She told me that much but she was scared of being in love with you today &amp; you die tomorrow\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIf i tell you that this news didn\u2019t break me, ill be lying. Meehn! It cut deep. \u201cEmma na you be this? Kidney wahala\u201d All l could say. But really you can\u2019t judge her for her valid fears.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLate 2018 this same friend was tagged on a post i made. We joyfully reconnected but no \u201cmy inlaw\u201d hailing.<\/em><br \/><em>My question \u201cHow is our wife?\u201d was met with silence. Then came the words \u201cI\u2019m sorry Emma she passed 5years ago\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cFirst time ever i heard of a medical condition where intestines could get twisted. ? I felt pain. That was in October or so<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThought about it today and was grateful to God for the undeserved kindness of still letting me breath 8yrs later &amp; as that thought passed, came the one that motivated this message<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHuman analysis, expectations, predictions, patterns or norms, have no business with how tomorow would turn out for you.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWhatever they say today about your chances of making it is so irrelevant.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSo i promised me to never make the mistake of being certain that anybody would end in a certain way. Seeing that I am not holier than any whose journeys have ended and thus wise enough to understand that logic does not explain the sustaining power of grace.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe fact that a pattern surrounds you, does not mean your future has been moulded by it.
