{"id":772050,"date":"2019-12-26T23:54:34","date_gmt":"2019-12-26T23:54:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ghana-mma.com\/2019\/12\/26\/nduom-apologies-to-clients-says-over-3000-gn-jobs-lost\/"},"modified":"2019-12-26T23:54:34","modified_gmt":"2019-12-26T23:54:34","slug":"nduom-apologies-to-clients-says-over-3000-gn-jobs-lost","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2019\/12\/26\/nduom-apologies-to-clients-says-over-3000-gn-jobs-lost\/","title":{"rendered":"Nduom apologies to clients; says over 3,000 GN jobs lost"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>The President and Chairman of Groupe Nduom,<br \/>\nDr. Papa Kwesi Nduom has apologies to affected clients of the Group\u2019s Banking<br \/>\nand Investment after the Bank of Ghana\u2019s Financial sector cleanup exercise.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to him, 2019 has been a difficult year for his<br \/>\nbusiness and apologies for the damages caused towards his clients.<\/p>\n<p>In his Christmas message, Dr, Papa Kwesi Nduom said, \u201cThis<br \/>\nhas been a particularly difficult one for us at Groupe Nduom\u201d, adding: \u201cWe<br \/>\nacknowledge the difficulties experienced particularly by our banking and<br \/>\ninvestment customers\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor that, we are sorry\u201d, he apologized, observing: \u201cMany<br \/>\nchallenges were put our way with very negative consequences, intended and<br \/>\nunintended\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMore than 3,000 employees lost their jobs due to these<br \/>\nchallenges. Other jobs are at risk\u201d, he noted.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Read Dr Nduom\u2019s full message below:<\/p>\n<p>Nduom\u2019s Christmas message to Ghanaians<\/p>\n<p>On behalf of the shareholders, directors, management and<br \/>\nstaff of Groupe Nduom, I want to thank each and every one of our customers for<br \/>\nthe relationship we have built over more than 30 years and particularly for the<br \/>\nbusiness you have done with us this year, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>This has been a particularly difficult one for us at<br \/>\nGroupe Nduom. We acknowledge the difficulties experienced particularly by our<br \/>\nbanking and investment customers.\u00a0 For that, we are sorry.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Many challenges were put our way with very negative<br \/>\nconsequences, intended and unintended.\u00a0 More than 3,000 employees lost<br \/>\ntheir jobs due to these challenges.
