UPFIELD
\nGHANA, the largest consumer packaged spreads company in the country, has
\nofficially launched its newest addition to the Blue Band portfolio, the 10kg
\nCatering Margarine.<\/p>\n

The
\nproduct is specially formulated with a rich buttery flavor and great taste that
\ngives the required texture and flavor to baked foods. <\/p>\n

Eric
\nEpee, Chief Financial Officer, Upfield West Africa, expressed his excitement
\nabout the new addition of Blue Band 10kg Catering Margarine, to Upfield\u2019s
\nportfolio, stating that \u201cthis new product is borne out of our passion to
\nprovide consumers and customers with nutritious and delicious natural
\nplant-based foods that is good for you and our planet. This we achieve via the
\nplethora of brands in various countries, providing our consumers and customers
\nwith quality, affordable and healthy products.\u201d <\/p>\n

He
\nadded that the product launch, the first in the Ghanaian market since Upfield
\ntook ownership of Blue Band in Ghana, \u201cis indeed very special to us and reflects
\nour commitment to serving our consumers; and our resolve to always improve
\ntheir livelihoods.\u201d <\/p>\n

In
\nan interview with the Head of Marketing \u2013 Upfield West Africa, Francis Afoani,
\nhe said, \u201cOur rich buttery flavour and excellent taste promise was crafted
\nbased on the identified need within the baking community to provide better
\ntasting products for consumers.\u201d <\/p>\n

Mr.
\nAfoani further reiterates that the new Blue Band catering margarine has been
\nspecially formulated exactly with these in mind. This is an 80% fat content
\nproduct which makes it optimal for use during baking and even cooking. It has
\nthe right texture for easier kneading, brighter colour to improve the final
\nlook and feel of your baked foods.<\/p>\n

Unlike
\nsome other margarine brands on the market, the new Blue Band Catering Margarine
\nalso comes at an affordable price which means bakers can get their perfect
\nresults at a better value. <\/p>\n

The
\nlaunch, which took place in Accra, Ghana, saw bakers and potential customers,
\naccredited distributors, media personnel, management and staff of Upfield Ghana
