A thief grabs your phone in Oshodi, your uncle\u2019s five year old plays <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s9\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u2018<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s9\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">tinko<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s9\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u2019<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s10\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> with your SIM or somebody has decided to help you scratch that golden part of the SIM \u2013 problem <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s9\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">yaff<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s10\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> started. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s11\"><span class=\"s10\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">If any of these things have happened to you, you may not have to buy another one in a hurry. See simple steps to follow if you need to get your<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s10\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> old number up and running:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-728169\" src=\"https:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/1A21C213-3B5C-4768-86AB-128F61F10D51-600x598.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"598\"  \/><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">What You Need?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. <span class=\"s10\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">The phone number must be registered.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>2. <span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">The SIM pack or other evidence of direct purchase\/ownership of that sim card. If your SIM pack is <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">unavailable, get a sworn affidavit attesting to your ownership and loss is required.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>3. <span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Three (3) frequently-<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">dialled<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> numbers. Everyone has those three people (in fact, 10 may be) we can\u2019t stop calling.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>4. <span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Any details of your last recharge activities (no matter h<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ow <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s16\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">smal<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">l, it will work)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>5. <span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">You would also need a valid form of photo ID \u2013 \u00a0International Passport, Driver\u2019s License, National ID Card, Voters Identification Card (NINs slip with ID number are also cool).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s11\"><span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">If you need another person to help you with the proces<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">s, all they need is:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s17\"><span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">I. A sworn affidavit by you stating all the reasons for the replacement, as well as reasons for your inability to carry-out the replacement yourself.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s17\"><span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Ii. A copy of your ID<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s17\"><span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Iii. A valid photo ID of your authorized representative<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s11\"><span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">If you are an MTN subscribe<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">r for instance, and you have these then you can head to the nearest authorized <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s18\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">shop neares<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s15\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">t to you.
