GHL Bank celebrated the 2019 edition of the International Customer Service Week.<\/p>\n
Under the global theme, \u201cThe Magic of Service\u201d,the bank\u2019s activities were aimed at boosting staff morale, motivation and teamwork; rewarding frontline reps; and enforcing the bank\u2019s commitment of superior customer service to all clients.<\/p>\n
Esther Dokuwaa Ofosuhene, Head of Client Experience at \nGHL Bank said: \u201cin the previous year\u2019s celebration, the Banks\u2019 executives \nparticipated in the \u2018in-your-shoes\u2019 program where they attended to customers as \ntellers and Customer Service Officers for a day.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThis year, the bank\u2019s focus was to appreciate staff \nand encourage them to commit to more and excellent customer service. We also \nsought to raise companywide awareness of the importance of customer service and \nremind customers of our commitment to customer satisfaction\u201d, she added.<\/p>\n
Internal activities included a magic camera in motion \nthroughout the week where staff caught offering exceptional customer service \nreceived instant rewards. There was also a Mystery Shopping roadshow where the \nannual mystery shopping videos and reports were shown to staff and discussions \nwere held on how to further improve on customer experience.<\/p>\n
Customers were not left out of the celebration. \nCustomers who entered our various branches throughout the week to transact \nreceived gifts. Both current and potential customers also had opportunities to \ntake part in trivia and brainteaser questions on the bank\u2019s social media \nplatforms to win amazing prices. \u00a0<\/p>\n
The week was climaxed with a Customer Service Award \nand Dinner night, where awards were given to the most Customer Centric staff \nper departments, overall Best Customer Centric Department and Service Star of \nthe Year Award. <\/p>\n
The night was crowned with the quintessential \ngentleman, Ghana\u2019s Rap Doctor,Okyeame Kwame, bringing the house down with his \nperformance.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
