So we have to accept that we weren\u2019t living in the best times but by the grace of God things are much better than January 2017,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister further added that he hasn\u2019t seen such improvement in the Fourth\u00a0Republic, adding that the country is in a much better place.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEver since the incumbent government came to power there has been a lot of improvements.
