MTN Ghana has once again achieved a remarkable feat at the 5th Ghana Finance Innovation Awards held in Accra. <\/p>\n

MTN received six awards \u2013 making the company the highest award recipient of the night.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

MTN Ghana was recognized in the following
\ncategories;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Corporate
\nPerformance Team of the Year<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Investor
\nRelations Team of the Year<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Finance
\nTeam of the Year<\/p>\n

In addition to the corporate awards, MTN received
\nthree personality awards.<\/p>\n

For the third consecutive time, the Chief Finance
\nOfficer, Mr. Modupe Kadri has been adjudged Telecoms CFO of the Year. Modupe
\nwon other personality awards \u2013 Finance Personality of the Year award and he was
\nalso named among the top 10 CFOs in Ghana.\u00a0
\nThe Finance team has also been recognized as the Team of the Year for
\nthe third consecutive time.<\/p>\n

Receiving the awards, Modupe expressed excitement
\nand appreciation to the organizers for the awards. He dedicated the awards to
\nthe Finance Team and to all MTN customers.<\/p>\n

Commenting on the awards, the Chief Executive
\nOfficer of MTN, Selorm Adadevoh congratulated and commended Modupe for his
\nexemplary and great leadership style. He said, \u201cModupe has reformed the Finance
\nDivision at MTN. He has contributed immensely in building avibrant, formidable
\nandhighly skilfulteam.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a responsible organization with integrity as one
\nof its core values, Modupe and the Finance Team ensures that MTN files and pays
\nits taxes regularly and on time. I wish to thank Modupe and his team for their
\nsterling performance which has positivelyimpacted Ghana\u2019s economy and
\ncontributed to the development of Ghana through timely payment of taxes.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Ghana Finance and Innovation Awards rewards
\nsuccess, product innovations and various experts contributing to the building
\nof a robust financial sector. <\/p>\n

MTN has made significant strides in the Ghana CFO
\nAwards which has been rebranded to Ghana Finance Innovation Awards.<\/p>\n
