Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, this is in accordance with Article 280 Clause 3 of the 1992 Constitution. <\/p>\n<p>The Commission of Inquiry was established on February 8th,2019 by President Akufo-Addo to make a full, faithful and impartial enquiry into the circumstances of, and establish the facts leading to, the events and associated violence during the Ayawaso West Wuogon by-election held on the 31st January,2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter a careful study, Government has issued a white paper together with the report itself, has elected to publish in accordance with the Constitution\u201d the Minister indicated. <\/p>\n<p>The Commission of Inquiry on March 14th 2019 submitted its report to the President.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kojo Oppong Nkrumah The Government has submitted for gazzetting and publication, the report and white paper on the Ayawaso West Wuogon Commission of Inquiry.
