THE
\nAGRICULTURAL Development Bank (ADB) has rolled out three new digital banking
\nproducts and services to allow customers transact business and access banking
\nservices without necessarily visiting the banking halls.<\/p>\n

The
\nnew digital banking services include the contactless card and POS device, the
\nweb acquiring device and the visa prepaid card.<\/p>\n

The
\ncontactless card and POS device serves as a faster means of payment, as it
\naccepts MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash and Airteltigo Money. Customers with
\nthe POS cards are only required to \u2018tap and go\u2019 on their contactless devices to
\nexecute low value transactions of GH\u00a2150 and below.<\/p>\n

The
\n\u2018web acquiring service\u2019 promotes ease of doing business and convenience in
\nmaking payments by customers to their merchants online.<\/p>\n

The
\nvisa prepaid card also allows users to load funds up to GH\u00a245,000 in a month
\nwhich can be used at any of the 24 million visa ATMs and 120 million point of
\nsale terminals worldwide.<\/p>\n

At
\na digital banking breakfast summit held on Tuesday, July 29 at the Accra City
\nHotel, Managing Director (MD) of ADB, Dr. John Kofi Mensah, stated that the
\ndigital services were rolled out as part of efforts to stay ahead of competition
\nto win more customers.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe
\nintroduction of these products and services are aimed at offering our cherished
\ncustomers the best digital banking services for speed, reliability and safety,\u201d
\nhe said.<\/p>\n

He
\nadded that the new services and products are not only available to individual customers
\nbut also to corporate institutions who wish to enjoy safe and convenient
\nbanking in the comfort of their offices.<\/p>\n

Besides, the bank has re-introduced its executive banking service to provide unique, fast, superior and personal banking solutions in the best and most convenient ways to its customers.<\/p>\n
