“We are, by this statement, serving notice to the Akufo-Addo government and the general public that the leadership and entire membership of the CACM across the length and breadth of Ghana, will fully participate in the impending ‘KUM YEN PREKO’ Demonstration of the CSJ on July 9, 2019.”

The customers of the defunct gold dealership firm have had their principal investments and accrued interests locked up since August 2018 after the Securities and Exchange Commission ordered the firm to cease operations over regulatory infractions.

The regulators indicated that the company did not have the licence to trade in gold, hence the closure.

The Chief Executive Officer of the troubled company, Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM1), is currently in the grips of the authorities of Dubai over the matter following a red Interpol alert issued on him by the Government of Ghana.
