So how do you ensure you\u2019re making yourself relevant to the changing consumer needs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat\u2019s a company without a consumer and what\u2019s a consumer without a company?\u2026understand that the consumer has not changed, the consumer has always been the same, consumers taste and preferences will keep on changing\u201d, Mr. Agyepong stated. <\/p>\n<p>He further advised sales personnel in the media agencies to focus beyond the cost and concentrate more on the values. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlways work with value as a sales person\u2026 if your equity is weak, find someone with a strong equity to support you.\u201d He said.<\/p>\n<p>The summit came off Friday 8th June 2019, at the Alisa Hotel in Accra. <\/p>\n<p>General Manager of Vizuem Ghana Emmanuel Odoom noted that media agencies in Ghana must develop their sales strategies.
