In his speech, he challenged the new generation of African entrepreneurs to aim at creating massive wealth and jobs opportunities for the youth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI believe that our calling as modern day African entrepreneurs is to build businesses that can potentially create opportunities for millions of African youth. We can achieve this with technology\u2026technology is not limited to only computers \u2026 but technology is finding ways to do things in a better way.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Richard who was recently listed as part of the 2019 top 50 Young CEOs in Ghana, founded Codetrain \u2014 a special code school in Ghana that transforms people into professional mobile and web app developers and then matches them to companies.
