Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson says she is yet to understand why Ghana is suffering in terms of development though the country has lots of natural resources to improve the standard of living of the citizens. <\/p>\n

\u201cRemember vision 2020? And all the stuff our leaders told us? Well 2020 is in six months. The country is even worse now! Sometimes I wonder\u2026..how do we have all the resources and still remain in such poverty!\u201d She said.<\/p>\n

In another tweet, she advised Ghanaians and Africans to stop seeing their leaders as gods of the country. <\/p>\n

Her tweet read: \u201cWhen you are used to mediocre, you see the leaders as gods, charley the youth, wake up!!!! Educate yourselves. Go to school! Get that degree! Equip yourselves! We are gonna change this country! We will change our destiny and that of our kids!\u201d<\/p>\n
