{"id":611743,"date":"2019-04-30T17:19:21","date_gmt":"2019-04-30T17:19:21","guid":{"rendered":"<br><div>\n<p class=\"floatLeft\">Politics of Tuesday, 30 April 2019<\/p>\n<p class=\"floatRight\"><strong>Source: <\/strong>Daniel Bampoe<\/p>\n2019-04-30\n\n<div class=\"article-left\">\n<p class=\"article-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.ghana-mma.com\/2019\/04\/75749559.295"},"modified":"2019-04-30T17:19:21","modified_gmt":"2019-04-30T17:19:21","slug":"eastern-region-npp-youth-wing-inaugurates-committee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2019\/04\/30\/eastern-region-npp-youth-wing-inaugurates-committee\/","title":{"rendered":"Eastern Region NPP youth wing inaugurates committee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"floatLeft\">Politics of Tuesday, 30 April 2019<\/p>\n<p class=\"floatRight\"><strong>Source: <\/strong>Daniel Bampoe<\/p>\n<p>2019-04-30<\/p>\n<div class=\"article-left\">\n<p class=\"article-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.ghanamma.com\/2019\/04\/75749559.295.jpg\" alt=\"Npp Eastern Youth Wing\" title=\"Npp Eastern Youth Wing\" width=\"295\" height=\"221\" \/><span class=\"image_caption\"><span>The newly inaugurated members<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"clear:right\">The Eastern Regional New Patriotic Party (NPP) Youth Wing has inaugurated a total of 7 standing working committees to assist the operations of the party towards the upcoming general polls.<\/p>\n<p>The inauguration of the various committees namely Council of Patrons, Finance Committee, Research and Communication, Event and Program, Operations and Security, Welfare, Tescon and Students Affairs.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at the inauguration, at Kwahu &#8211; Obo in the Kwahu South District of the Region, the Regional Youth Organizer of the NPP, Jerry Osei Poku, explained that, in their bid to win the 2020 elections again they need not relax thinking that they are in power so they would not do anything. <\/p>\n<p>According to him, it is about time they stick together as a party to let the good works of the president reflects in the elections.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have formed committees with dignitaries that that will assist us financially and in knowledge wise to organize the youth in the Region to accelerate them to victory in 2020 &#8220;he said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you look at the committees formed, strategically it tells you that we want to do everything possible to maintain political power come 2020. As a political party, if we are not able to get a strategy to acquire the youth of this country to rally behind the government of Akuffo Addo it might affect us\u201d he averred. <\/p>\n<p>Mr. Eric Ntiri Mensah who was elected as the Finance Committee Chairman speaking on behalf of the committees expressed gratitude to the regional executives for the confidence that they have had and giving him the opportunity to work as the chairman of the finance committee of the Region.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think it will prudent for us as a party to work hard for 2020. we would foster to raise the needed funds to support especially the youth wing for the 2020 elections, come what may, the 2020 elections is solely based on the ability of the youth to honest the teaming youth to able to vote massively\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>He added that he is going to put his entire team together for them to come out with definite strategies to raise funds to kick start the operations of the various committees since the various committees will derive their strength from the finance committee.<\/p>\n<p>The other members of the Financial committee are; Gifty Oware Aboagye, Mrs. Afia Akoto, Kingsley Ofosu, Ernest Kumi, Ben Kumi Larbi, Paul Amaning, Philip Mamphey, Alfreda, George Twerefour, and Ernest Adade Wiredu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a style=\"display:none\" rel=\"follow\" href=\"http:\/\/megatheme.ir\/\" title=\"\u0642\u0627\u0644\u0628 \u0648\u0631\u062f\u067e\u0631\u0633\">\u0642\u0627\u0644\u0628 \u0648\u0631\u062f\u067e\u0631\u0633<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Politics of Tuesday, 30 April 2019 Source: Daniel Bampoe 2019-04-30 The newly inaugurated members The Eastern Regional New Patriotic Party (NPP) Youth Wing has inaugurated a total of 7 standing working committees to assist the operations of the party towards the upcoming general polls.
