Ghanaian rapper, Elorm Adablah widely known as EL has disclosed in a recent interview that, he has no plans of managing an artiste. <\/strong><\/p>\nEL revealed that the last thing he wants to do is go into management.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am not ready to go through all this drama that comes with managing another artiste. I have so many artistes knocking on my door to manage them but I am just not ready for that now.<\/p>\n
\u201cAlthough some of them are very talented, I decline because there are a lot of things I want to achieve in my music career that I haven\u2019t achieved yet.\u201d, he said in the interview.<\/p>\n
EL stated that a lot of things go into artistes\u2019 management which he is not ready to give up his career for.<\/p>\n
Asked about the whole trend of artistes managing other musicians, he noted that the ungratefulness of some of these new artistes sometimes makes the famous musicians refuse to sign them on.<\/p>\n
\u201cVery few of them are grateful when you lift them up there. The majority forget that you have even done something for them when they make it.<\/p>\n
\u201cCan you imagine an artiste putting his career on hold and helping another artiste only for that person to be ungrateful in future,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
