The Protocol has been amended twice; in 2005, and again in 2006.

The 2005 Supplementary Protocol expanded the Court’s jurisdiction to include human rights claims by individuals.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            قالب وردپرس

General News of Thursday, 18 April 2019 Source: ghananewsagency.org 2019-04-18 Justice Sylvain Oré Judges from the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights and the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Court of Justice will meet in Abuja, Nigeria to enhance judicial co-operation and share experiences between the two Courts.
