It was agreed that students who are owing less GHS250 be allowed to write the papers”.

Meanwhile, the SRC President, Mr Emmanuel Owusu Twum, on Wednesday, 17 April 2019, debunked the assertion that the students had agreed a zero-balance policy with the management of the university.

“There was false news going round that the SRC were the ones who targeted zero-balance and that’s the reason why students were sacked. It wasn’t so. Two weeks ago, there was an exercise that was taken where the students were being sacked at the gate, the main entrances of the school and the SRC broke protocol to allow the students enter the school. So, some members of the administration were giving students a whole lot of stories which were untrue and saying a whole lot of things which were untrue about the SRC”, Twum told Accra-based Citi FM.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            قالب وردپرس

General News of Wednesday, 17 April 2019 Source: classfmonline.com 2019-04-17 The action of the university was based on an alleged zero-balance policy Several students of the Ghana Technology University College (GTUC) who owe school fees, some of as little as 20 and 80 pesewas, were prevented from sitting for their end-of-semester examination on Tuesday, 16 […]

[4

post-608260","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-local-news
<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
