The announcement generated debate among residents wondering which part of the Regional Capital the proposed interchange will be constructed.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on Koforidua-based Kingdom FM Tuesday Dr. Mark Asibe also a Member of Parliament for New Juaben South Constituency stated that \u201cWhat is an interchange, interchange is needed where there is heavy vehicular traffic. In Koforidua where do we need an interchange. We don\u2019t need an interchange in Koforidua.
