The court directed the attorney general to submit to the accused all statements, the said audio and the charge sheet.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Former president John Mahama made his way to Court to solidarize with Mr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo and Kwaku Boahen.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Mahama was in court with other leading members of the party including General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketia and the duo\u2019s legal team.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Ofosu Ampofo is in Court over the leaked tape involving him in which a voice that sounds similar to him told party communicators that \u201cwe\u2019re going to take her [EC boss] to the cleaners.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs for the EC chair, we must wage a relentless war on this EC chair.
