The company informed the National Health Insurance Authority that it could effect some payment if only\u00a0 the investment\u00a0 funds were allowed to be ran for an additional year.\u00a0 This situation is contributing to the worsening financial fortunes of the scheme.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cGovernment did not undertake any risk assessment.
