A blind Ghanaian couple have transmitted marriage goals reverberating all over social media and the inspiration attached to it will forever be in the minds of social media users forever.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There\u2019s a saying that love is blind but this couple, who have been married for 40-years have illustrated this in the literal sense, melting our hearts in the process. <\/p>\n

The story of the couple, Augustine Marfo and Juliana Agyeiwaa, two visually-impaired couple who have been married for 40 years. was posted on Facebook by sports journalist Saddick Adams. <\/p>\n

Marfo and Agyeiwaa apparently met in 1970s and have been married for 40 years. The pair have four children, including an adopted child from Agyeiwaa\u2019s deceased sister. And perhaps more surprisingly, the couple have never had a house-help. <\/p>\n

Narrating the story of how they met, Marfo said: \u201cThere was a group known as the Ghana Association of the Blind (GAB). It is now the Ghana Blind Union (GBU). A visually challenged person is welcomed to join. <\/p>\n

So we got introduced at a meeting of GAB. We struck a friendship and worked together for the good of the group. Later, we became close.\u201d <\/p>\n

Asked why he was attracted to Agyeiwaa out of all the members of GAB, Marfo responded: \u201cI would have to say it is the work of the Lord.\u201d <\/p>\n

But Agyeiwaa said when she was approached by Marfo, she thought he was just joking. It would take some good amount of time before she came around. <\/p>\n
