On the contrary, he says the the value-for-money audit report has okayed the project.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Oppong Nkrumah made this known when he was speaking on the Citi Breakfast Show on the morning of Wednesday, 10th April 2019. Mr Nkrumah claims the falsehood by the NDC is their usual acts of standing against every useful policy of government, describing the NDC as enemies of progress.<\/p>\n<p>The report indicates that \u201cThe Ministry of Roads and Highways (MRH), by a letter MRH\/PD264\/323\/01 dated 17th December, 2018, requested for a Value for Money Analysis for the Construction\/Rehabilitation of Selected Roads and Interchanges in Ghana-Phase 1: Lot 1 (Accra Inner City Roads).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the MRH submitted to the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) on 8th January, 2019 documents relating to a proposed Contract between: Ministry of Roads and Highways (MRH, \u201cthe Employer\u201d) of Ghana represented by the Department of Urban Roads (DUR), and Messrs Sinohydro Corporation Limited (SHCL) of China, (\u201cthe Contractor\u201d)<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n(\u201cthe Parties\u201d) and requested GhIS to undertake a Value for Money (VFM).<\/p>\n<p>The report concludes \u201cIn terms of their informational contents, both the Employer\u2019s Requirements and the Contractor\u2019s Proposal largely conform to the GhIS guidelines for best international practice.
