Fidelity Bank,\u00a0the CIMG Bank of the Year,\u00a0has opened an\u00a0ultra-modern\u00a0digital\u00a0branch\u00a0at\u00a0Kwame Nkrumah University of Science Technology (KNUST)\u00a0with the\u00a0best\u00a0banking service.<\/p>\n

The new office, located in the heart of KNUST, is an\u00a0addition to the\u00a0over 75\u00a0branches of Fidelity\u00a0Bank\u00a0across the country.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Inaugurating the\u00a0new branch, the Divisional\u00a0Director, Corporate and Investment Banking\u00a0of\u00a0Fidelity Bank, Kwabena Boateng, stated\u00a0that,\u00a0\u201cthe move is part of the bank\u2019s objective\u00a0to get closer to the youth and students in\u00a0Kumasi and\u00a0provide better customer experiences to our numerous clients.\u00a0As our customer base expands, we are also committed to providing convenient services in a friendly atmosphere at all our branches.\u201d<\/p>\n

He disclosed\u00a0that\u00a0\u201cFidelity Student Account holders can have access to recently upgraded services\u00a0which include our mobile app,\u00a0where customers can perform payments such as account to wallet and reverse transactions, transact airtime top-ups, make utility and cashless payments using the Fidelity QR\u00a0Code Service known as the F-Pay. This also includes international transfers, FX sales,\u00a0travel notices in addition to local account transfers\u201d.<\/p>\n

According to Kwabena Boateng, \u201cthe bank has introduced\u00a0an e-lounge to facilitate a convenient, self-service experience to the students and the academic body of the university.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlso,\u00a0in enhancing\u00a0the customer\u00a0experience for the wider\u00a0community,\u00a0priority service for lecturers and the student administration has also been provided. That is\u00a0a salaried account package that allows lecturers and administrators to access loans and salary advances\u201d.<\/p>\n

He\u00a0further\u00a0revealed\u00a0that\u00a0the Bank has collaborated with its lifestyle partners to give whooping discounts ranging from 0-15%\u00a0to customers who use\u00a0the Fidelity Visa Cards to transact business with\u00a0selected service providers such as Delta Airlines, Appolonia City, and Exotic Trends Salon\u00a0and many others<\/p>\n

The Pro-Vice Chancellor of KNUST, Rita Dickson, commended the Bank for supplying the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly with over 500 dustbins last year and appealed the bank to support the University\u2019s \u2018Let there be Light Campaign\u2019 to provide light at every corner of the University.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe believe that the\u00a0presence of Fidelity Bank will definitely leave an indelible imprint on the landscape of this campus just as they have done in other parts of the country,\u201d she stated.<\/p>\n

Fidelity Bank\u00a0recently opened a new\u00a0digital branch\u00a0at Osu\u00a0to add to its expansion drive.\u00a0The Bank also provides agency banking to customers with over one thousand agents across the 10\u00a0regions of the country.<\/p>\n
