Gyankama, Dec. 14, GNA – The Assembly Woman
for Gyankama/Konkonuru Electoral Area in Akuapem South district, Ms Rhodaline
Aidoo, says she is not dome with her vision for the area and so wants another
chance to continue

Ms Aidoo who is the incumbent assembly
member is a teacher by profession and the only female contesting with four male
candidates in the electoral area.

Speaking with the GNA she said she had an
unfinished business to improve the lot of the people in the area.

She said prior to her contest in the 2015
District level Election (DLE), women avoided politics and decision making
adding that her election to the assembly whipped up interest of women in local
governance.

Ms Aidoo disclosed that through her efforts
Compassion Ghana, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), supported over 50
school children with bursaries to continue their education and supported some
youth to learn employable skills.

She said her vision of supporting traders
especially women with soft loans to expand their businesses in partnership with
NGOs would win her votes to be able to continue.

She has therefore made an appeal to the
people to go all out and vote come December 17.
