Khartoum — President of Chad, Idris Deby arrived in the country Saturday to partake in ceremony of final signing of the transitional period documents.
He was received at Khartoum airport by the TMC professionals committee, Lt. Gen. Salah Abdul-Khaliq and secretary-general of the Presidency of the Republic, Gen. Mohamed Ali Ibrahim.
