When it comes to male artistes in Ghana with great voices, dancehall act, Kelvyn Boy’s name will be in that list.
He is signed on to the Burniton Music Group, owned by fellow Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy.
There have been cases where one big artiste managing another has not ended well but for Kelvyn Boy, being under the Hero artiste is fine.

Commenting on assertions that he may not shine as he needs
to under Stonebwoy, especially because they do the same genre of music, Kelvyn
Boy said that won’t be the case.
“That is never true, anyone who listens to our songs carefully will know that we are different people and our style is different. I can equally say that our audience is also different, so there is no way such can happen.

Talking about his music journey Kelvyn Boy said it has not
been easy but it has been worth it.

challenging times but I am glad I am not where I used to be. There are lots of
things that as an artiste you need to learn and one of them is humility.

greater things coming and they should watch out.”
Born Kelvin Brown, Kelvyn Boy is a product of Osei Tutu Senior High School in the Ashanti Region.
He nurtured his talent from primary school and as a member of his church’s choir and today he is the creator of well-received songs like Pray, Toffee and Na You.
