Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Lomotey is expected to mark his injury return with Villarreal’s U-20 side in the game against Sabadell.
The midfielder has been on the sidelines for months now but could be making a return with the youth side this weekend.
Lomotey is still being assessed by manager Miguel Alwarez, together with former Barcelona defender Enric Fransquesca.
Meanwhile, right back Andrei Ratiu, Xavi Quintilla and Manu Morlanes could also feature for the youth side if they do not make the squad for the first team.
Lomotey joined Villarreal on loan from Cordoba till the end of the season.
The former Dreams FC player has made 10 appearances already for the Villarreal B side.
