General News of Friday, 4 January 2019
The Founder and Leader of the Glorious Word Ministry International, Rev. Owusu Bempah has stated that the largest opposition party the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has planned to assassinate him.
According to the controversial Prophet, the NDC party has contracted an assassin from Salaga in the Northern Region to take his life.
Prophet Isaac Owusu Bempah has come under heavy attack after he prophesied during the 31st December watch night service in his church that the some past and current leaders of the country including ex President J.A Kufuor and his wife, ex President John Mahama, current Vice President Dr. Bawumia and the National Chief Imam, Sheik Osman Nuhu Sharabutu will die this year, 2019.
His doom prophesy led to some Muslim youth storming his church a day after vandalizing properties worth thousands of cedis.
Speaking on Asempa FM Eko sii sen show Friday, as monitored by Kasapafmonline.com Prophet Owusu Bempah revealed that the NDC’s hired assassin from Salaga has traveled down to Accra and currently lodging in a hotel strategizing to kill him.
He also accused the NDC of being behind the attack on his church not Muslim Youth.
“I have no qualms with the Chief Imam and God forbid that I speak against such a good man who loves me. The attack on my church was not by Muslims, it was by a political party, I’m telling you it’s by the NDC. They did so because I said they’ll lose the 2020 elections. Those behind this attack we know them, why will they send someone from Salaga to Accra to kill me? As I speak the person is lodging in a hotel here in Accra.”
Asked by the host if he’s reported the impending attack on his life, the man of God replied in the negative.
“God revealed it me, if God gives a revelation to me I can’t go to the Police station to report the matter that God has given me a vision that someone want to kill me. But I want to warn the person, his pay masters to be very careful. I know the Almighty is with me and that if He’s has not given anybody to go ahead no one can ever kill me.”
