It is for this reason that government is implementing the Free Education in Public Senior High Schools.<\/p>\n<p>President Akufo-Addo made the point in Washington at the 15th anniversary of the Whitaker Group.<\/p>\n<p>While admitting the task will not be easy, the President is optimistic that Ghana will rise to the occasion.<\/p>\n<p>He asked Africa leaders to take advantage of the many opportunities the 21st Century presents and improve their lot.<\/p>\n<p>The Whitaker Group founded in 2003 has facilitated billions of dollars in investment projects and capital flows across Africa.<\/p>\n<p>The Group recently started making its direct investments in African companies.
