At times I went to school with no money to buy food. We went to Salvation Army Park where Daniel bought me my beans and plantain.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter I finished eating we saw these guys playing football. Daniel knew that I was good player from school and he then gave me the go-ahead to join the people on the park to play the game.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDuring the game, there was a man standing close by observing the game.\u201d \u201cThe man called me and told me he wanted to me join his colts team.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI then told him he has to tell me mum because my mum was tough at the time\u201d The man went to our home to talk to my mum.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/content.jwplatform.com\/players\/Inyv3u5V-GtVgZhNx.html\" width=\"600\" height=\"350\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"auto\" allowfullscreen=\"\" style=\"position:absolute;\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>I took advantage and said I will go play football than go to school and receive all those lashes.<\/p>\n<p>With respect to education, Appiah, however, advised young ones aspiring to play football not abandon education like he did because the dynamics of the game are not what used to exist in his time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am not saying that kids of today should not go to school.
