But overwhelmed with excitement over the stupendous gift, the boyfriend fainted. <\/p>\n<p>According to reports, the boyfriend just collapsed upon seeing the new building which was intended as a Valentine&#8217;s Day gift.<\/p>\n<p>The incident is said to have happened somewhere in Nigeria. Changing from a tenant to a landlord within the twinkling of an eye is something that does not happen often especially when that change is being caused by a girlfriend. <\/p>\n<p>Social media users who stumbled on the photos put out different reactions.
