L\u2019aine Foundation, a non-governmental organization and a subsidiary of L\u2019aine services has hinted at launching an entrepreneurship challenge for members of its entrepreneurship club.<\/p>\n<p>The Entrepreneurship club which is found in 13 schools with over 300 members within the Ledzorkuku-Krowor Municipality (LEKMA) seeks to build and improve students\u2019 proficiency in leadership and problem-solving.<\/p>\n<p>Director of the Foundation, Daniel Annang said the entrepreneurship club is part of the corporate social responsibilities of L\u2019aine services with the aim of developing world-class entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe whole idea is to develop word class entrepreneurs and we believe we can do that if we start from the tender age, if we catch them young that is when we can inculcate the mindset of entrepreneurs into them, so that is why we have started with the Junior High Schools, but we will gradually move to the Senior High and the Universities\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>According to Mr. Annang, the need to start an entrepreneurship club is as a result of the increasing gap between industries and the number of graduates leaving various tertiary institutions on a yearly basis.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe as L\u2019aine have noticed the need for job creation because we\u2019ve been trying to get job for people and if we are to match the number of application we get on a daily basis as against the number of jobs out there, its highly difficult that everyone will get a job and so the need to try and encourage young ones to create jobs for themselves,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/content.jwplatform.com\/players\/kGA6eoZY-GtVgZhNx.html\" width=\"600\" height=\"350\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"auto\" allowfullscreen=\"\" style=\"position:absolute;\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>To keep in touch with the students, Mr. Annang said, the foundation has instituted a regular club session in the various schools with the participants where they are taking through how to create and write business proposals and other business creation models, adding that the Entrepreneurship challenges is to encourage students to come up with solutions to problems they face in their various schools.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/content.jwplatform.com\/players\/ZLuyiffx-GtVgZhNx.html\" width=\"600\" height=\"350\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"auto\" allowfullscreen=\"\" style=\"position:absolute;\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe organize club sessions in the various schools where we meet with the students bi-weekly and take them through the models created on how to write a business proposal, how to develop a business plan, etc,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on behalf of the Minister of Business Development, Acting Chief Director of the Ministry, Joe Tackie pledged the ministry\u2019s support to the foundation<\/p>\n<p>He urged all the participants to invest their time in developing their skills and add value to themselves.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/content.jwplatform.com\/players\/tCHBqJW4-GtVgZhNx.html\" width=\"600\" height=\"350\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"auto\" allowfullscreen=\"\" style=\"position:absolute;\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe wish to support and pledge our commitment to the very big scope of entrepreneurship development in the country,\u201d he said<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Tackie hinted of a national entrepreneurship policy soon to be outdoored by the Business Development Ministry.<\/p>\n<p>The Challenge according
