He is not creating jobs and not doing anything for his ministry; rather, he\u2019s been counting armyworms\u201d, he said on the Accra-based radio, Okay FM.<\/p>\n<p>The NDC Member of Parliament\u2019s comments follows what he says is government\u2019s poor handling of the fall armyworm attack on farms across the country, especially in the Northern sector of Ghana.<\/p>\n<p>According to Mr Fuseini, the minister failed to put in place preventive measures to arrest the armyworm attacks which he says occurred periodically.<\/p>\n<p>He described the Agric minister as a comic actor who should be axed, having displayed incompetence over a year now.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf the President says he has the men, then this is the time to show it to us. The Agric minister is just not up to the task.
