{"id":466564,"date":"2018-02-22T11:27:34","date_gmt":"2018-02-22T11:27:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ghana-mma.com\/2018\/02\/22\/make-npp-constituency-elections-incident-free-ntim-to-delegates\/"},"modified":"2018-02-22T11:27:34","modified_gmt":"2018-02-22T11:27:34","slug":"make-npp-constituency-elections-incident-free-ntim-to-delegates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2018\/02\/22\/make-npp-constituency-elections-incident-free-ntim-to-delegates\/","title":{"rendered":"Make NPP Constituency elections incident free &#8211; Ntim to delegates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Stephen-Ayensu-Ntim-475x267.png\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<aside class=\"mashsb-container mashsb-main mashsb-stretched\"> <\/aside>\n<p>National Chairman hopeful of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) Stephen Ayensu Ntim has urged members of the party to desist from acts that will mar the success of the upcoming constituency elections.<\/p>\n<p>The NPP from 24th February to 27th February 2018, heads to the polls to elect new constituency executives to spearhead the affairs of the party at the local level.<\/p>\n<p>In a good will message to delegates, Mr Ntim noted that the party has been able to conduct its activities without any serious disturbances after the 2016 general elections and therefore, these constituency elections must also pass the test, adding that\u00a0this is the time to rally around the \u2018kukurudu\u2019 flag of the party.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201cAs an ardent member of the party, I believe strongly that the peaceful outcome of the constituency elections would determine the outcome of the regional executive elections and subsequently the national one.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cConsequently, I would like to appeal to all delegates to respect the rules and regulations governing the conduct of the polls.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Wishing all constituency executive aspirants well, Mr Ntim urged those who would emerge victorious to embrace the vanquished so that they all work together as a united family.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He reminded the members of five important tasks ahead of the party which include: Sustaining power with credible policies, projects and programming,\u00a0Building strong democratic structures across the country as a party and\u00a0Creating opportunities and equal platforms for all Ghanaians as we did in the past and would always do.
