And when former President Mahama came to my constituency, during the campaign that\u2019s what he told the constituents.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe said \u2018I was making so much money in my private practice he didn\u2019t know that I\u2019d agree to leave that and come and serve as Deputy Attorney General,\u201d said Minority Ranking Member on Parliament\u2019s Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee.<\/p>\n<p>The former Deputy Attorney General also dismissed assertions that his suit challenging the appointment of Martin Amidu as Special Prosecutor due to his age was borne out of mischief.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople shouldn\u2019t mistake this action against Amidu as a personal thing.
