I Ahmadiyya Senior High School in Kumasi,  the second lady, Samira Bawumia, said the government would put in place reforms to enhance the quality of teaching.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe importance of the teacher to education can never be underestimated, that is why the NNP government believes in a teacher first policy.
