There must be good walkways, water pipes, electricity among others,\u201d she said, adding that it is the responsibility of government to provide such infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>She stated that there have been times developers have attempted to take on the cost but could not bear with it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf these are done by the developer, it costs so much. So I can\u2019t see how we can talk about affordability. Until the authorities take up this infrastructure costs we will still have this problem.
