Kennedy Kankam, therefore, is challenging Dr. Richard Amoako-Tuffour\u2019s  sole decision and authority to sanction members without recourse to the laid down processes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWho is that Amoako-Tuffour taking a sole decision to sanction people in the party just anyhow\u201d, former Regional Organizer quizzed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLet me tell him that NPP is a party of rule of law.
