sing dirges &amp; elegies<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nFor a ruptured future<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nWe hoped to see put this earth on her knees in her praise\u2014<\/p>\n<p>Ebony,<\/p>\n<p>The Diva<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nOf sweet decibels who survived the test of lips (at tender age)<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nCrossed the billows<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nBut only to wither in her blossom when the earth gathers to applaud her<\/p>\n<p>Ebony,<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nShe came,<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nShe met it &amp;<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nShe conquered it!<\/p>\n<p>But now,<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nWe look into the portrait of the future<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nAnd all we see of her<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nIs today\u2014an enacted funeral for a fallen young \u2018sirius\u2019&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Alas,<\/p>\n<p>With heart of grief<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nWe breathe out pains in this sorrowful night&#8230;<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n&amp;
