I entreat all the clubs in the Division One League to come together and boycott the league or kick against the \u00a210,000 as officiating fee,\u201d Ntow Fianko told the media.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe FA cannot do anything against them. If the FA is serious, why would they pay an ex gratia of $1,700 to people who walk about aimlessly at the FA without doing any work and the turn to rob these poor clubs to pay money for officiating?<\/p>\n<p>\u201d My club [Berekum Arsenal] don\u2019t have tthat money to pay and I know Bofoakwa are also not ready to pay. That is what others must do.
