If you deny the Minority their say, then democracy is at risk,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>He said the \u201cmourning clothes\u201d by the Minority was to send a signal to the President, the Speaker and the whole world that all was not well.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you don\u2019t want my view on the floor of Parliament, if you don\u2019t want my view to be captured in a Committee\u2019s report of which  I am a member, then we are heading towards a problem\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Rev.
