Adda\u2019s sack have become more intense after he recently sent people to clear up the refuse near the Australian High Commission after the High Commissioner\u2019s tweet went viral.<\/p>\n<p>But speaking to Francis Abban on Starr FM Wednesday, the former Energy Minister who dismissed calls for his dismissal insisting he has been effective, assured that Accra will be the cleanest city by the middle of this year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe overnight solution people are looking for in the Sanitation Ministry you\u2019ll not get that\u2026 You want the Minister to go out there tomorrow with a broom and wheel barrow to collect the waste, that\u2019s not the Minister\u2019s job.
