We will be piloting it at the Accra Office. You know that when you move from our place, the process is truncated and it is time wasting. So government, as part of the \u2018Ease of Doing Business\u2019 decided that the Ministry of Trade should facilitate the setting up of the one-stop shop to improve, and to make the \u2018Ease of Doing Business\u2019 very convenient for everybody,\u201d Public Relations Officer at the Registrar General\u2019s Department, Constance Adoma Takyi told Citi Business News.<\/p>\n<p>The exercise also forms part of government\u2019s aim at improving the World Bank\u2019s \u2018Ease of Doing Business\u2019 report in Ghana.<\/p>\n<p>Madam Takyi explained that, the pilot phase of the project will help the RGD address all challenges before it fully commences project.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to do with the offline first, so that we can address all the challenges that may come up and then roll out the full implementation thereafter. So from next Monday, whatever form that will be given to people, they will have the Tax Identification Number (TIN) form, the SSNIT form and then the Registrar General\u2019s form\u201d, she assured.<\/p>\n<p>She stated that the department is working to add all relevant state agencies to the department to make the exercise less cumbersome.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA.M.A has not fully set up yet but then they are likely to join us before the three months piloting ends.
