The police service recruitment process has, however, become \u2018job for the boys\u2019. He told Kwame Tanko on Angel Fm in Kumasi this Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the act is not only associated with the party in power but both parties in the country since the inception of the fourth republic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen National Democratic Congress (NDC) is in power, they recruit their members while the New Patriotic Party (NPP) also does the same\u201d.
