That is what Ghanaians are asking, just simple question&#8221;, he told host Kwami Sefa Kayi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou should start negotiating with the American Ambassador here that we, NPP government in Ghana, are sending them back to Guantanamo Bay; as simple as ABCD.
