He went to the Regional Minister and the Senior Minister to tell lies about me. But he forgot that I made him who he is today, using a group called young elephants to campaign for him but this is how he wants to pay me\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The constituency chairman also argued that ever since Eugene Sackey became the DCE of the Upper West Akim District, there is nothing to show in terms of development project a year on, adding that \u201cpeople in the district are gradually losing faith in the DCE and I dare the media to come to the district to see for themselves.\u201d   <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is not as if I am against the DCE, but all I want is development and peace not what he is doing, causing division among us. Even the chiefs are angry with him because he would not regard them, why\u201d he told Bright Kwesi Asempa on Onua FM morning show.<\/p>\n<p>On a 1:21 minutes audio clip in possession of Onua FM, the DCE is heard in a phone conversation with an unknown male, accusing the constituency chairman of hijacking the party and running it like his private business.
